 McNear under the provisions of reference a, and in reviewing
 SRI's obligations under the provisions of references a and b, I
 find that I have not received the reports as described in those
 references. Specifics are as follows:

 1. (U) Two copies of a written evaluation of the
 trainee's progress at the completion of each two-week working
 session (para 4.2).
 2. (U) Three copies of a final report Within 30 days
 after the completion of each training stage to include a summary
 of training presented, art evaluation of the trainee's ability to

   accomplishments during the training period , and an evaluation rff
   the trainee's future capabilities with recommendations
   concerning future training (para 4.3.1 thru 4.3.3).
   b. (U) ESU 83-134
   1. (U) The last status report concerning the goals
   described in para 1.2a and 1.2b was dated 21. December .1983.
   What is the current status of' personality testing.'~
   2. (U) Assuming that all or part of Phase 1. and Phase
   11 have been completed, two copies of an evaluation of' findings
   are required in accordance with para 4.2 and 4.3.
        C. (S/CL--3/N0F0RN) ESU 83-144: If Phase I has been
   completed, two copies of a written evaluation of the findings
   are requested (para 4.2).
        d. (S/CL-3/NOFORN) ESU 83-145: Two copies of a written
   evaluation of the trainee's progress within 10 days after 'the
   completion of each training block (para 4.2). Four trainees
   have recently completed Stage 1, Phase I. No evaluations have
   been received to date.
        e. (U) ESU 83--.147: Two copies of a written evaluation of
   findings of the Phase I literature survey are requested (para
   4.1).
   f. S/CL-3/NOFORN) ESLJ      83-148: What is  the status of  R&D
