Dear Dr. Puthoff:
I have now reviewed the five proposals you submitted and am
prepared to issue you a contract. As I discussed with you I
made some minor changes to proposals ESU 83-1.45, 83-147 and
83-148. The changes are not sustantative and will not require
any additional research effort.
My pians are to visit you on 14 and 15 November 1983 to
issue SR1-1nternational a Letter Order. Contract for the five
proposals. In preparation of that I am enclosing a draft of the
Letter Order with all enclosures. Please review it be-fore my
arrival. Also please ensure that an SR1-International official
who can sign the Letter Order is available during my visit.
1 also plan to discuss our future plans, meet your
consultant, and monitor some of Tom's training.
Please call me to confirm receipt of this letter and my
visit. I look forward to seeing you again and getting the work
started.
