   On 20 April 1984, 1 received from Ms. Madge Brothers, DCSRMj the
   breakdown of expenses incurred and amounts therefor under the "Other"
   category for FY 83 expenditures. It should be noted that these figures
   do not add up to the exact total dollar amount of $38,943.39 for that
   specific category.
