         Engineering (USDRE), dated 19 Jan 83,, Subject: GRILL FLAME
         Activity (U).
              b. Briefing for Assistant Secretary of the Army, Research,
         Development and Acquistion (ASA, RD&A),, 16 Mar 83t Subject:
         INSCOM Initiatives for P6 Funding (U).
         2. (SINOFORN) Referenced USDRE memorandum authorized use of P6
         funds to support INSCOM activity.
         3. (S/NOFORN) During referenced briefing the ASA, RD&A,
         approved in conceptthe expenditure of P6 funds to support five
         INSCOY, initiatives.
         4. (SINOFORN) The acquisition of required biofeedback
         equipment for use in training and pilot testing was initiative
         number five. Attached is a list of equipment.
         5. (U) Request authorization and $26,500 to purchase the
         equipment.
