INSCOM, Initiatives for P6 Funding (U).
2. (S/NOFORN) Referenced USDRE memorandum authorized use of PG
funds to support INSCOM activity.
3. (SINOFORN) During referenced briefing the ASA R&DAo
approve4 in concept, the expenditure of PG funds to support five
INSCOM' initiatives .
4. (SINOFORN) The initiation of a contract with a civilian
organization to provide target search techniques was initiative
