b. Briefing for Assistant Secretary of the Armyf Research,
Developnent and Acquistion (ASA, R&DA).. 16 14ar 03, Subject:
INSCOV, Initiatives for P6 Funding (U).
2. (S/NOFORN) Referenced USDRE memorandum authorized use of PG-
funds to support INSCON activity.
3. (SINOFORN) During referenced briefing the ASA R&DA,
approved in concept the expenditure of P6 funds to support five
INSCOR initiatives.
4. (S/NOFORN) The initiation of a contract with a civilian
uxganization to determine if a personality testing technique can
be created. which,, when applied to a general population, will
delineate specific individuals who exhibit a higher degree of
talent for Remote Viewing was initiative number 2.
5. (U) Request authorization and $120K to contract for the
required study.
