SUSIECT: Reorganization of HUMINT Committee, ICS
(9) The RUMTST Comittee (RC) of the ICS has reorgaulzed to
result it a much smAller body. Henceforth, the RC will consist of
a'jout eight persons, all isenior repreaentatives of their
servicestagencies. Army wIll have one representative. Ambassador
Isham will continue as HC Chalrean. The now HC will meet every
five-six weeks,
2. (8) Sub-committee work will continue through the standing
sub-committees, wIth others formed as specific neelis direct.

3. (8) Mr. Foss, CIM. ABCSOPS-MaNT Us boon the INSCM

kept advised of the work of the new (smaller) VC, '
