Background - Last year, a small ASB group including Dr. Weddle, GEN Blandlfa-fd- dhdwothers were briefed by INSCOM on activities of the Monroe Institute and other para-psychological subjects. On 7 March, by telephone with Dr. Weddle, I ascertained that he wants to follow up on plans and progress made in these areas. He also said that LTG Elton had asked him to review these subjects and identify applications to Army operations and training. 4Z/7 3. LTC Alexander has been alerted to prepare an agenda and t.opics for discussion. It is recommended that the agenda be reviewed with Dr. Peter Weddle before the meeting. 4.
