I will protect FY 1985-1989 resources for it if you will agree that: -- Arnty will continue parallel capability development in Programs 2 or 6. If we do not have agreement of key authorization.and appropriations committee members by mid-November, the protected resources revert to the Program Manager. -- If CENTER LANE becomes an operational GDIP asset in FY 1985, and if the Program Manager requests it, Army will transfer residual capability development from Programs 2 and 6 to the GDIP.
