      SUBJECT: Information Briefing for Vice Chief or Staff, Army (U)
      1. (40) On 10 March 19P3, from 1050-1110 an information briefing was
      presented to GEN John A. Wickham, Jr., Vice Chief of Staff, Arry at the
      SSG Conference Poom, The Pentagon. Also attending was HIGI, AlberL N.
      Stubblebine, Ill, CGr INSCOM and COL Watha J. Eddins, Jr., XO, Officc of
      the Vice Chief of Staff, Army. Briefing was directed by MC Stubblebine.
      2. (S/NGFORN) The formal portion of the briefing covered two projects:
      Efforts to assist in locatinq PC Dozier and information concorninf, a
      CC, INIK011 Md selected these projects for
      this briefing. After tho formal portion of the brief, the VCSA asked
      general questions pertaining to numbers selection anti training of project
      personnel. I answered the questions to his apparent satisfac-ion.
      3. (U) The VCSA expresGed no direct opinion concerning the project.
