"PORT Of FMINGS On 30 information 1984 May 1984, concernin Source 63 reported the fol SG1A SG1A SG1A Source 63 reported the event as a manmade explosion. There was a muffled boom, a powerful light. There were whining, ripping and water sounds. A large dome shaped object rose out of the water (not further identif ied) . Source 63 felt that this event was connected (NFI) to a building, perhaps a one story, fenced in building. The building was gray and smooth, made of mixed materials, flat and of varying heights. The building had a strange secretive, quiet, electric feeling (NFI). The people involved were foreign, had black hair and wore white and black uniforms (NFI). Source 63 was unable to provide any further information concerning the date and location of interest.
