On 1.9 Jun 84 Source 06 reported the following information
concerninq
Source stated, in substance, as follows:
At this location was a "T shaped" building that had "twin
domes on each end of it" (see drawing 1) . There was a flat
building (not further identified) next to it which was a power
unit (NFI) which produced energy (NFI) for magnetic coils
(described below).
There are'a bunch of cables running everywhere (NFI).
Inside this "T shaped" building, in one of the domed areas,
was a pedestal (NFI,see drawing 3) and in the other domed area
was "like flame tips" (NFI,see drawing 4). Also in this
building was a complicated electron ic/electr ic device which was
totally unfamiliar to the source (see drawing 2). Source
described this object as a bar magnet with coils on either end
(NFI). It was very big, the lower part (NFI) was probably 1500
meters long. On each end were two large light green kind of
coils with some kind of shielding around them. This shielding
kind of covered the coils. This thing produced intense heat
when it was energized (NFI) Inside the building was "like being
inside an energy field" (NFI).
This object produced a broadcast type of energy (NFI). This
energy was localized, overridingly powerful, like an energy ball
(NFI). Wave formats were coming together, overlapping each
other, and colliding with each other producing extreme high
peaks and extreme high lows (NFI). There were nulls in their
cyclic rates (NFI). Directional extremely low frequency (ELF)

     carriers (NFI) were produced. These carriers zeroed each other
     out because all the carriers were alike (NFI), but the modulated
     frequencies that they carried were different (NFI). This
     process was like an artificial reconstruction of a whole
     different wave front (NFI).
          The event made a very strange light effect, it wasn't
     reflective light, it was just light. It was an iridescent
     outline of some kind. It kind of outlined every-thing (NFI).
     This apparition thing was a light or an aura (see drawing 3).
     It had a. really ripping feeling about it. It was like the
     broadcasting of a focal point, the focus of this came from
     somewhere else (NFI,see drawing 3).
          This wave form was a surge of different frequencies. It was
     like thousands upon thousands of frequencies makes a wave which
     appears to be from somewhere else. It's like it just appears
     there (NFI).
          The real "objective" could not be seen, only the outline
     effect. This was like an altering of reality (NFI').
     This was like a whole different energy format, like a hole
     drilled through nothing. It had to do with time or something;
     like the conn ective tissue of reality was twisted into a cork
     screw. It was like the reality fabric's twisted in someway,
     pulled apart. It was very much like something popped into our
     reality (NFI).
          Source was unable to provide any further information
     concerning date and location of interest.
     Attached hereto as EXHIBIT I are drawings provided by Source.
          AGENT'S NOTES: Source's ability to estimate distances is
     questionable.
