      SUBJECT: DoD Program on Remote Viewing (S/ORCON)
      1. (S/ORCON) Enclosed for your information are the minutes
      of a meeting held in Dr. Vorona's office on 24 August 1978,
      the primary intent of which was to establish a program in
      remote viewing for intelligence purposes. Current require-
      ments and funding are uncoordinated; however, a unified
      DoD/Services program would significantly improve the
      efficiency of the U.S. effort, reduce redundant research
      and make results available equally to the DoD and Services.
      2. (U) Copies of the minutes have been sent to the ACSI's
      of the respective Services and their comments have been
      SG1J solicited. Should you wish to comment on the minutes or
      make any suggestions re arding the program, please forward
