        1. (C) Request that a briefing be presented to the commander and
        selected staff officers of this organization at 0900 hours 6 June
        1978 in the INSCOM, SSO conference room, Ft Meade, MD, concerning
        Soviet parapsychology research and the intelligence applications
        of parapsychology which the Soviets may exploit.
        2. (U) A representative of the 902d MI Group has previously
        discussed these subjects with of your organization SGIJ
        and Mr. Dale Graff of Foreign Technology Division (FTD), USAF.
        3. (C) The 902d MI Group is tasked to provide Operations Security
        (OPSEC) support in CONUS to echelons above corps. In the accom-
        plishment of this mission it is necessary for us to assess all
        hostile intelligence collection threats targeted agafnst the US.
        Your assistance in providing information concerning the intelligence
        applications of Soviet parapsychology is necessary to insure our
        comprehensive assessment of the hostile intelligence collection
        threat.
        4. (U) A letter has been sent to FTD requesting the assistance of
        Mr. Dale Graff in presenting this briefing.
