      1. (C) DIA has been requested to present a briefing to the Commander
      and selected staff officers of this organization at 0900 hours 6 June
      1978 in the INSCOM SSO conference room, Ft Meade, MD, concerning Soviet
      parapsychology research and the intelligence applications of parapsychology
      which the Soviets may exploit.
      2. (U) Request that Mr. Dale Graff of your organization be made
      available to assist DIA in their presentation by conducting an informal
      discussion/briefing on your most recent publication, subject as above.
      3. (C) The 902d MI Group is tasked to provide Operations Security
      (OPSEC) support in CONUS to echelons above corps. Irrthe accomplishment
      of this mission it is necessary for us to assess all*hostile intelligence
      collection threats targeted against the US. Your assistance in providing
      information concerning the intelligence applications of Soviet parapsychology
      is necessary to insure our comprehensive assessment of the hostile
      intelligence collection threat.
