          SUMMARY OF INFORMATION:
          1. Describe tht_~arj~!t site: The site consists of a fenced-in area next
          to an open, grassy area which is surrounded by woods. The woods are unkept,
          with tall grass and young 'trees scattered among the older, taller ones. The
          open space is uneven, but appears to be well kept. The fenced-in area
          appears to have at least one or more very small (child-size in appearance)
          vehicles. At least one of these vehicles is bright red and has gawdy
          decorations on it. The vehicle appeared to have a curving, curling
          component (see sketch, page 4). It was shaped almost like a boat (see
          sketch, page 5), but was perceived as being on concrete or ground, rather
          than water.
          2. Describe the-key activity at the target: At the time of the viewing,
          there was absolutely no activity at the site. People were passing by it,
          but ignoring it. There was not even an SRI "beacon" person present. Moving
          to a time of activity, I saw a child riding in the "boat".
