   Summary of Information
   Site involves a very large structur&wi~h a sense of' being
   both inside and out.side. There is an airiness about it, land
   there seem to be major structural elements that involve lattice-
   like scaffolding or structural bracing with a framework of
   girders. Outside the structure, one is presented with an
   impression of sheer, towering walls far over,head, which however
   may be easily entered or walked under through passages.in their
   base. Light colors, beiges and greys predominate, but occasional
   bright or pronounced colors, especially reds and blacks are
   present. Though it is virtually empty now, large numbers of
   people have in the past,,and may in the future continue-to
   congregate here. On those occasions, the noise level is very
   loud, with a greot deal of yelling and shouting. There is a
   sense of festivity, or light-heartedness, or entertainment of
   some sort. Outside, there.is a wide, flat, seemingly paved-.over
   area suggestive of a huge parking area. Associated with the,s-ite.,
   are suggestions of many repetitious stair-step sorts of.-
   arrangements.
