(SINFISK) Results: a. Access of the site began with a very tall, "indented front" building (see sketches, page 4). S6 viewing (please refer to Stage 6 map, page 5A) showed a road (point A) and hill (point B) "behind" the building. Off in the distance to the northeast' (point C), a power plant was perceived. Nearby, to the west of the building (point E) a huge complex of buildings was perceived. This complex was studied further. b. The complex of buildings consisted of a rather large and old- appearing building on its west side, which presented a "front" (see page 6) for all the other buildings and storage areas. The other buildings appeared to be much smaller, and arranged in a tight pattern. The "pattern" of these buildings was seen to be interrupted, for no apparant reason, by buildings arranged into other patterns (see sketch, top of page 7). Each building was long and thin (see sketch, bottom of page 7), but appeared to be 2 stories high. C. One of these smaller buildings was accessed to see what was inside. The inside of it was a 2-story high single room. The room had work spaces among stacks of materiel, as though things are brought in, then the workers move among the things to do their work (as opposed to an assembly line, where the materials are brought to the individual workplaces). Every sound which was perceived would qualify as "noise", but overall, the place was surprisingly quiet for a workplace of this size. ------------ Map directions such as north are relative to the paper, and are not to be understood as actual map directions relative to the earth. =WWWWNGFORN OPTIONAL FORM NO. 10 (REV. 1-80) GSA FPMR (41 CFR) 101-11.6 5010-114 GPO : 1995 0 - 461-275 (364) Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789ROO0600250009-0 Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789ROO0600250009-0 ---- I OFORN d. This workplace is used for the assembly of non-end-product machines (the machines which are assembled here are used elsewhere for making end- products). The machines assembled here consist largely of pipes, rods, etc. (see sketch, page 10). There was a final impression that these machines also contain "cannisters" or "tanks" (like compressed air tanks or floats) which are so situated as to be well protected by the surrounding pipes and rods. These "tanks" appear to be meant for some type of chemical, and there was a feeling that this chemical is in the form of a dry powder.
