           SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
           The tarzet is a buiiainz located near other
           structures. 'rhe structure itself is square looking and
           appears to have a fiat roofline. The Interior of the
           structure has several different rooms some of which are
           austere office space and others of which are some sort of
           machine shops.
           The shops have large working tables in them, with
           screens and vent like materials scattered around. There are
           frame like aevices that have mesh metals spanning between
           the frames. There are tools used for the manufacturlnz and
           shaping of different items. These tools make the place
           somewhat self sufficient.
           I did not see any people Inside the structure. The
           purpose of the structure appears to be for some sort of
           medium grade manufacturing of metal and plastic products.
