           The meeting site and it's immediate surrCiUndingi:.r, are
      Middle Eastern in appearance. There are stone bUildings and
      sparsely vegetated hill-sides. The streets are narrow and
      several b(Ailding are elevated well above the others
      Utilizing existing terrain.
           Inside the structure where the meeting is taking place
      are very high walls, which are .-old, and are constrUCted of
      natural materials.
      The personnel at the meeting are dressed in rcobes and
      what look lilee sandals, the SUbject matter of the meeting
      is; one cif a political/ religious natt..tre. They are trying to
      decide the fate of something or someone. There is (nL(,.-.h
      heated debate and serious warnings are issued.
      The information is to be applied in the near fUtUrp
      (relative to the site) and individuals have
      to pass information and carry OUt certain orders
      directives. This information will reSUlt in
