           superstructure forward, cabin below deck. No name or identity
           known.
                Aircraft involved is small light twin engine, resembl;ing a
           U21.
                Activity at the drop site is a low pass and kick out the
           door.
                Offload point: somewhere in the Bahamas or coast of Florida.

                Vessel is 50 Ft. long, 2 decks, superstructure and pilot
           house forward, with booms and outriggers midship. Large drum
           hoist near the stern. Hull is dark and upper portion is light.
           Radar antenna on the superstructure.
           Aircraft reminds of C12 or U21.
           Independent activity:
                Activity of importance currently taking place at 19/30N
           78/10W (NW of Jamaica, S of Carnaguay, Cuba). This activity
           should end at dusk today, it has been ongoing for approx. one
           day.
