A Summary of Information is attached. Viewer was on line and did indeed describe object and the malfunction at the incident. Viewer however forgot to include in the report information that he received during Stage 4 1/2 which explains the damage to the object. 4. USMF/SP--`~) I~Urther describe the tarclet object- The inside of the object has (neta-llic tUbes/rods which are surrounded by other material (s) (see sketches, page I of session transcript). TNF,~ object itself has a portion of the conical section which has Sustained some damage (see s~-..-etch, Page 3) Either the object itself, or a related object was perceived sitting on a workbench in an upright position. This portion had a "tilted elipse" surrounding it (see sketch, page 4). There was a bright point of light, -followed by a great amount of heat and light outside the object, acc-ompanied by some physical vibration and movement. One thing which caught my attention wasIthat the hc-.~at did not "transfer" throughout the mechanism, almost as though there were no air to provide convection.
