  Summary: Site consists of a water body, coastline, low, rocky
  hills and structures; it is arid there. A dome-like structure k
  (AOL - ship's radome) is co.1located with one of the structures.
  The event involves an "attack" against a point target. Energy
  waves (AOL - radio-guidance, laser target illumination, SIGINT
  intercept, etc.) are employed to assist what-appears to be an
  object which comes in low, but is "dropped" from a great height
  by an aircraft (AOL - Libyan bombing raid).
  The object appears to be a missile. There are people at the
  target (AOL - ship). Damage is extensive. YL
