"(The) site is in a pristine area, (with.a) river nearby. (The) land slopes up towards (the) site. (The) site is like an inverted bowl (containing) ribs (support) like engineer posts. (The) site is underground. Theret'are tunnels (leading to) a large hangar-like (open) area. The hangar-like area has (an) elevated portion (resembling) a rail dock or a (European) subway station. The station area is clean, bright (with predominent colors of) blues and whites. (The) building (structure) on the elevated platform contains numerous (electronic) consoles (whidb perform) various (functions) from life support to "coalating." (There) not much activity (at the time of the viewing). (At a time when there is more ac ~tivity) the area is (well) lit and there is a lot of movement. People are dressed in uniforms (similar to) US Air Force summer uniforms with dark trousers and a (lighter colored) short sleeve shirt. SESSION: There were no unusual occurrences, inclemencies or external environmental conditions known to the Interviewer which may have influenced the results of this session. The session was conducted utilizing only standard ERV protocols. He (resembles) Black Jack Pershing. (A) failure (in this facility) will have political results (and could result) in the transfer of funds to (other) things proving more successful. (An impression of US North Atlantic Air Defense) NORAD in Cheyenne Mountain, (Colorado) was present." b. ( ) During the actual session, Source reported other datarwhich may impact on the final assessment of this target. That data is listed below in raw unevaluated form: (1) ( ) An impression of water not far away. There is an isolated, lonely feel a%ut this target but not, apparently, due to its geographic location but rather from its purpose. (2) ( ) An impression of an inverted bowl, like the (US) CapitollRome except that this dome seems to be constructed below another building which lies over the dome. (3) Within the dome, a feeling of guarded security, tenseness and alertness prevails. The impression persists that the Source does not belong at this target I.e., not authorized. (4) ( ) Tunnels connecting various areas within the facility (below the dome) in addition to long rows of steps leading down. At atleastotne point tunnels intersect forming a "T" formation. (5) ( ) Within the complex there is a large open area, a central point in the structure, connected by the tunnels, steps and an impression of a subway system. There is a wide array of computer-like electronic equipment, storage cabinets, large viewing screens, switch boards, charts, flashing lights and a general feeling of excitement and anticipation among the people working here. (6) ( ) The facility seems to function onperiodic alert status with an impression of tests and drills be conducted by "feeaftng" data to the machines. These drills are codenamed with two word codes. One code name began with the word "10CME ...... another began with A separate data file was labelled "CHUX" (phonetic).
