      1. (SINFISK) Tasking: See original tasking data, attached. Ops
      officer is of the opinion that this source may have correctly identified
      a central "theme" of this mission, to wit, that the idea of technical
      "tampering" may be present.
      2. (SINFISK) Session: In monitor's opinion, source was definitely
      *ton line" and performed excellently. Session began in S4 after source
      probed ideograms produced in CRV-01. S6 followed with source being
      instructed to draw a "bubble" around the object that he had perceived
      and described while, at the same time, following along a time line the
      information passing in/out the bubble.
      3. (SINFISK) Summary: Site involves an event or project which
      proceeds in stages; planning, preparation, execution and concurrent
      evaluation. A moving object, which seems to be in flight, receives
      information in the form of "data". This data acts to "verify",
      "control", "divert", "supervise", and "verify status". The concept of a
      $)strict performance envelope" is included here, also. The project has
      the sense of "quasi-legality" in that the people at the site feel that
      their activity would be "frowned upon" by a "third party" if they became
      aware of it; it would "evoke a feeling of betrayal or unfairness as
      [the activity] is occurring even though the perpetrators said that it
      wouldn't based upon mutual agreement". However, the people at the site
      "felt the necessity to conduct it nevertheless-ends justify the means".
