    1. General. Trips were sheduled to overcome problems associated
    with the project, establish working knowledge among users, and
    coordinate various tasking/reporting issues.
    2. Summary. The trips to Alameda and Key West provided an
    opportunity to brief several senior officers on the project and
    discuss applications to their areas of interest. Senior officers
    briefed were:

    3. Observations. The project was well recieved. All those
    briefed indicated strong interest in establishing a working
    relationship with the project.
    4. Future. Projected future TDYs include the following:
    Operational TDY, Key West, FL, 5 personnel, estimated cost:
    $6500 (7 days)
    Operational TDY, Alameda, CA, 5 personnel, estimated cost:
    $6000 (7 days)
    Operational TDY, Panama City, PM, 5 personnel, est. cost:
    $8000 (10 days)
    5. Request reimbursement for trips taken and a fund cite for
    future operational TDYs.
