   1. As of 23 October 1990, DIA officially teminated the SUN STREAK
   Special Access Program (SAP). Consequently, all project codewords
   associated with SUN STREAK need to be deactivated. This includes the
   subcompaftment SWITCH PLATE that was established by your organization
   during 1990.
   2. In accordance with SAP deactivation procedures, we therefore
   request that you do not store or archive any of the SUN STREAK/SWITCH
   PLATE material, and that all this material be returned to DIA no
   later than 4 December 1990. DIA will adjust classification markings and
   accomplish the archiving.
   3. We also require all brief/debrief forms and all records or logs
   with information on people your organization granted SUN STREAK/SWITCH
   PLATE access. Plgase see that this material is provided to DIA as soon
   as possible, but no later than 28 December 1990.
