  The vessel known as the will sail to to Charleston,
  South Carolina. South Carolina is a rest area for the vessel.
  The vessel will then sail to Corpus Christi. At this time
  other smaller vessels will be surrounding the ship to act as decoys
  as it nears Corpus Christi.
  The contraband will then go to Potter, Texas before flying to
  the ultimate destination which is Lake Tahoe, Nevad4t,/ I
  U.S. Immigration officials will take action to sf6ze the
  contraband.

               - The target vessel is carrying contraband in the f orm of
          illegal drugs stored in medium-sized crates associated with
          "wares, 11 possibly dental equipment. Two personnel involved in "the
          steering" (direction?) of the vessel are aware of the location of
          the crates used to store the contraband. The suspect crates are
          located near the "inner walls" of the vessel. In about three to
          seven days, the vessel will unload its cargo to include the illegal
          drugs, in Corpus Christi, Texas. While in Corpus Christi, the
          cargo will be temporarily stored in a warehouse. The narcotics
          will then be transported by small closed trucks driven by Hispanic
          immigrants to Potter, Texas. Potter is located in the Texas
          Panhandle. The narcotics will then be flown from Potter to its
          ultimate destination identified as Lake Tahoe, Nevada.
          The words "Whitehall /Whitehead" surfaced phonetically as being
          related to the "machinery company" involved. Moreover, the name
          "Sealing/ Sealling" surfaced as being associated with a person
          involved in the trafficking. The target vessel may be sailing to
          Corpus Christi from Florida.
