               A middle-aged man originally from either the US or from Europe
          will be abducted and "tethered" by "communist radicals-to He will
          be kept as a political prisoner on the outskirts of Barcelona,
          Spain but will be released between 19 and 22 June 1992. He will be
          moved to location west of Barcelona. Somehow "howitzers" are
          involved in this scenario. The countries of South Lebanon and
          Italy are associated with this scenario but this association was
          not further described. The names "Stalwart" and "Holsterel
          phonetically surfaced as being pertinent to this problem, however
          they were not further identified or described.
          OPERATIONAL COMMENT: Source 079 has not/repeat/not been tasked on
          the exact EEI of this topical search project. Source 079 was
          tasked to conduct a topical search on a matter of interest.

      TOPICAL SEARCH - COMMENTS:
           - The topical search consists of the conduct of a remote viewing
      session directed against targets whose outcome is in future time.
      it is predictive in nature and normally addresses targets of
      distinctive high interest and public notoriety.
           - Targets may include but are not limited to significant events,
      accidents, catastrophes, significant political/military events,
      significant human accomplishments or any other type information
      that would likely be on front page news.
           - This project will be initiated Thursday, 20 Feb 92, and will
      be performed on a regular basis every Thursday for the next month.
      This project could be extended.
      - All inputs are due COB, each Thursday.
           - The "future time window" may be any time between 1 to 6 days
      following the Thursday session.
