   Summary of Information
   Yeltsin wants to sell us something that is very, very
   significant; plans, positions, something like that. It has
   something to do with Siberia. There is also a concern about his
   navy. He is worried about safeguards. He wants to place high-
   ranking U.S. personnel on each of the nuke-carrying subs in order
   to have a "fail saf ell situation. He is worried about policing his
   own military. He may offer information on nukes.
   He is interested in a joint US-USSR world peace keeping force.
   He wants a large scale exchange of personnel for this joint
   military/ security force. He is also interested in joint space
   project(s); also the money, personnel and facilities involved with
   such an endeavor. He feels that the US-USSR should control the
   world economy.
   other fragmentary stuff included concerns over fruit, coffin-
   like boxes, CASTRO, training facilities in South America, furniture
   and suits.
   There is a crystal blue-white void associated with Yeltsin.
   It feels empty, hollow, cold and lifeless. Screams could be heard.
   There is also something hard and angular in close proximity to
   the water.
