             Summary of Information
                  A large explosion will occur on the 17th between the hours
             of 3:00 and 5:00 PM. This will occur ostensibly during transfer
             or loading procedures of something from one position to another;
             ostensibly because this does not completely feel as if it will be
             purely accidental. There are stacks of cylinders on wooden
             racks. One of these cylinders gets pushed into another one.
                  There will be a large cloud of dust or smoke which extends
             from the ground surface to a great height and will move from
             right to left on the horizon. It will sweep very -fast. There
             will be an associated bright flash of orange and yellow. There
             are also blue flashes but these occur in another area. The earth
             is shaking and objects are bouncing around. Everything in the
             "cloud's" path will be burned. The "cloud" will also spread a
             residue which will be very bad.
                  A highway or train track will be thrusted sideways and
             turned over.
                  The origin of this explosion is a place that is reminiscent
             of a petro refining plant and contains concrete or stone walls,
             tower-like structures, dome-shaped objects, pipes and a myriad of
             other angles, corners and intersecting lines. There is a spike-
             shaped object. This "facility" is associated with fertilizer yet
             not fertilizer. There is alot of mechanical movement e.g.
             transporting stuff, of yellow machines, men, etc.
                  This place has the designator of MVT-370. It is located
             within a dry, arid, almost desert-like area. The immediate
             surroundings are flat but there is a mountain range visible in
             the background. There is water nearby. Some of it feels as if
             it is the result of heavy rains
                  Someone was overheard saying, "(the) lines are down; (we]
             caught someone listening in". There will be those who will take
             credit for this event but didn't do it.
                  Several names and/or phonetic combinations were perceived.
             These were: LIVINGSTON; GRABECKI; PHOENIX; DRY WATERS; GER-RA-
             MAN-DI; GER-RON-O... ; GAS-TRO-PLISK; GAS-TRON-TRIX; GAS-TRO-TRIX;
             and AOL's of GALVASTON, TEL AVIV, MIDDLE EAST, URALS, INDIA and
             TEXAS.
