It is predictive in nature and normally addresses targets of distinctive high interest and public notoriety. - Targets may include but are not limited to significant events, accidents, catastrophes, significant political/military events, significant human accomplishments or any other type information that would likely be on front page news. - This project will be initiated Thursday, 20 Feb 92, and will be performed on a regular basis every Thursday for the next month. He is in good physical shape. He is wearing casual clothes and he has a victory. It seems as though he has a victory in the sports arena and this event may be related to the Olympics. I could see other men standing around him and they were in a large circular room that looked like a gymnasium. It seemed that he was very happy and the men around him were happy. There will be a young woman who has been abducted that will come into the news. She has light brown hair and she is in her twenties or thirties. She will be found on or in the ground. She will be wearing a white scarf over her mouth. The scarf was put over her mouth to keep her quiet. She is a very attractive woman. The abductor was a man and it may be someone she knew in her past or someone she currently knows. During this session, the woman was struggling for her life. However, at the time she will be found, it cannot be determined whether or not she will be alive or dead. This incident will take place either in Louisiana or South Carolina. The Ku Klux Klan will gain attention in the news. It seems that some of their activities are in areas or in states that may shock the media. Their membership may be higher than what people or even government officials may know of. A Ku Klux Klan incident may take place in either the state of Washington or Oregon.
