     Target involves an individual and an event. Individual
     is a male who is not old but not young. Individual has brown hair.
     He is considered conservative and works within an organization. He
     is in middle management. He is involved in communications. it
     seems as though he is waiting for information to come to him. He
     is waiting to receive news. circumstances seem quiet now but they
     are not. Work is done around water and some work is done at night.
     I had the feeling that something strange is going on. Smuggling
     may be involved but maybe not drugs. A lot of money is involved
     also.
