  1. (U) Task 91-A. is Operational Project 91009 conducted against
  Tar-get Number 3.
  2. (S/NF) The remote viewer"s conceptually describe the presence of
  ari eldeF-ly, dark complected, political /mi I itar-y leader whose influence
  is affected by social/religiOUS influences. This leaders appears to
  have beeri beset by military and political setbacks. However, lie is a
  SUP"Vivor', a resour-ceful and fier-c'ely ilLidependent person. He is
  considered brutal and sinister by many; lie is the subject of public
  notor--.iety.
  3. (S/NF) One viewer indicated the tar-get personality could be a
  s(::: i eri t i st. A second viewer iridicated the pr-esence of long nar-r-ow,
  Under"grourid areas that are Of signifi('.:ant interest and associated with
  the target per-sixiality.
  4. (U) OPS COMMENTS: Recent world events surr-OUnding Desert Storm
  and Saddam Hussein of Iraq may have affected the above reporting.
