  who has been suspected of illegal activities for some time. He
  has been successful in the past and is aware that people are
  looking for him due to his shady deals. He is currently located
  around a shore or water where there are some sail boats. He
  lives on the second level of a structure near downtown. He
  maintains his contacts by cellular phone and is known to wear red
  s orts shirts or loose fitting tank topes to suit the weather.
       SG1A has traveled and is part of a network of people who
  are nvo ve in an array of illegal dealings for money. Tracing
  this man would be the best means of catching him in the act.

  looked like a warehouse. He drives a nice car. He can be
  located in a city. Target personality looks like a conservative
  and it 'Looks like he is conservative and it looks like he has a
  legal business however, he is involved with illegal shipping. He
  has others do the dirty work because he looked clean.
