   following requirements:
   a. (S/NF) Current planning for exercising of surface-to-
   surface missile doctrine in the southern United States in 1995.
   Report on number of planned activities and associated exercise.
   b. (S/NF) Missile activity in Texas and New Mexico during
   Apr-May 95 time frame. Report numbers, types, locations and
   planned employment of missiles.
