        There will be no attacks wherein U.S. forces are killed in Somalia
        this month. Decisions will be made for peace eventually through
        negotiations. U.S. f ighting in somalia, will not be escalated.
        Unfortunately, in this situation Somalia looses too. There will be
        a promise of peace by political negotiations.
