         E. INFORMATION:
         The American soldiers in Somalia are being held prisoner near
         the Benadir Secondary School and the hotel/motel called Taleh.
         They are in small rooms and some are locked up in beds. The
         prisoners are separated from each other. overall, their health is
         as good as can be expected. At this time, there is not any serious
         health problems that can be detected.
         There may be plans and intentions to move the prisoners or
         keep them on the move. The reason f or this is unknown at this
         time.
         Negotiations will aid in the release of the prisoners shortly.

          The names "Stahlwart" and "Fowler" phonetically surfaced as
          individuals who are working on the release of the prisoners. These
          individuals could be United Nations delegates.
          It is difficult to determine at this time if the dead soldiers
          will return to the U.S. because they are desecrated.
