There will be a public display as significant officials decide through negotiations. The prisoners will be given to guards and taken to a set location wherein they will leave the region by plane or helicopter. Peace is temporary. The health of the prisoners is poor to fair, but they will have witnessed much and have a lot to tell when they are returned. Other prisoners are being held captive in Somalia. Mohamed Farrah Aidid is on the move and not in the same physical location as these prisoners. The location of the prisoners was determined in a prior session. Dead bodies of soldiers will be returned to U.S. soil. The issues will not be resolved in Somalia until february of next year.
