        - Per NMIPC (P-AS1) our authorized strength remains at 11
   with seven personnel assigned.
        - civilian appraisals completed and submitted to PAG prior
   to suspense.
   2. (U) Administration:
        - one additional shipment of furniture for our facility
   was received.
        - Inspection of Building 2845 with the contractor
   completed. Renovation work requirements agreed upon.
   Renovation work should begin on our new office o/a 22
   Aug 94. occupancy programmed for mid-Nov 94.
   3. (U) Training: None.
   4. (U) Travel: None.
   5. (U) Transportation/Logistics:
        - July 94 mileage report forwarded to DAL-2 on
   3 Aug 94.
   - Replacement GOV (Ford Taurus) provided.

   6. (S/NF/WN/SG/LIMDIS) Operations:
   SG1A
        - To date, we have completed six projects in support of
   PAN/PAG.
   - Software for our foreign data base management system
   installed by DIA. We have ordered the optical disk
   drive through SO-4. The receipt of this equipment will
          SG1J allow us to store classified data in a non-SCIF area.
   - 1 July: provided a Project STAR GATE
   SG1A briefing to representatives from DIA's J2-M3T. Focus of
   SG1A the briefing centered on future support to the
   SG1J - 13 July: chaired the monthly STIC-C meeting
   SG1J that was hosted by the NMIC.
   - 13 July: provided a foreign assessment update
   SG1G to Memo forwarded to PAG for
   information. We anticipate further exchanges of data.

        - Eight projects were conducted in support of Joint Task
   Force Five requirements. Since 3 Mar 94 we have
   completed 21 projects.
        - Action continuing to publish concluded Activity
   operational activities in booklet form. PAN-3E booklets
   completed. Info includes data provided by Activity

    personnel; the tasking sheet; and customer feedback
    results. It should be noted that Activity data and
    customer feedback continues to be provided by classified
    fax on a timely basis.
    - Two FOIA cases were processed.

    convention, University of Amsterdam, Amsterdam, The
    SG1J Netherlands.
    - 17 Aug 94: -hAir -Fhin -Mr%"*'k1y STIC-C
    SG1J meeting. Messrs. - DIA, will
    brief on information warfare. STIC off-site results
    SG1J will also be discussed.
         - 30 Aug 94: Will meet with the NGIC imagery
    SG1J collection response to STIC-C requirements.
    9 Sep 94: will discuss
    Activity informat on gaps regarding the
         SG1A with representatives of Detachment 4, 67 IG,
    n rews AFB.
