  indicated he might pass on to the National Security Council.
  2. (CINF) Prepared the comprehensive Research Program
  and Peer Review Plan submitted as DIA's response to a
  Congressionally Directed Action outlining a multi-year research
  and development program for STAR GATE.
  5. (U) Began off-duty intensive language traini
  the German language at my own expense ($1500) to enhance my
  abilities as an intelligence officer.
