(CINF) Recommended to Activity Chief that, in light of DIA's changing mission, reduced,resources, and PAG-TA's uncertain future, that we seek to have our mission expanded to include those areas of non-lethal technology/warfare which can modify human behavior and psychological functioning (including psyops) and that my role as SIO be expanded to include primary responsibility for those areas. Drafted a revised mission statement integrating these areas into our current mission. 5.
