        Formalized design for electronic intelligence
        database design.
        4. (CINF) Recommended to Activity Chief that, in light of DIA's
        changing mission, reduced,resources, and PAG-TA's uncertain
        future, that we seek to have our mission expanded to include
        those areas of non-lethal technology/warfare which can modify
        human behavior and psychological functioning (including psyops)
        and that my role as SIO be expanded to include primary
        responsibility for those areas. Drafted a revised mission
        statement integrating these areas into our current mission.
        5. (SINF) Met with at his request SG1G

        3. (C) Attended a classified conference, sponsored by Los
        Alamos National Labs, on non-lethal warfare/technology at the
        Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab in Laurel, MD. to gain broad
        exposure to the non-lethal area and to make professional contacts
