Review of data held in both PAG-1D and PAN-2A should be completed NLT 15 Oct 93. - DSP-3C removed Activity classified and nonpulpable material for destruction at DIAC. - Game plan for move to Building 2845 updated. our move from our present location is still scheduled for NLT Jan 94. This will allow us to have HIGGINS and access to SAFE at Ft. Meade. Copies of the letter have been furnished to Post and DIA points of contact in early September. We have been advised (informally) that renovation costs (floor upgrade/SCI upgrade) for our secure room will be approximately $30K. Post Engineers advised that a formal cost estimate will be provided by 17 Oct 93. DIA POCs' are aware of the above. - other steps undertaken with regard to our move include: completion of the furniture requirements survey; final on-site survey conducted with MEPCOM personnel on 16 Sep 93; and inventory of FY93 work orders for Building 2845 completed. Copy of the 13 Oct message furnished to PAG/PA for information. - 9 Sep 93: Forwarded to PAG a copy of our memo to DAP-4 advising them of our concurrence and modifications to SAIC proposal to utilize $24K in year-end funds to develop our database for the detailed tracking of individuals, facilities, publications, for anomalous phenomena. The second task is for SAIC to develop a methodology so as to allow us to formulate a certification program for operations personnel. - 9 Sep 93: Forwarded to PAG/PA a memo providing the highlights from the 36th Annual Convention of the Parapsychological Association. - 13 Sep 93: SIO, PAG-TA, met with Don Henry, Staff Specialist, Tactical Systems, OSD(A), concerning a meeting he attended at the FBI Academy where non-lethal technology was discussed and great interest shown by the Department of Justice.
