(U) Administration: - Zero base review of Activity files completed. - Coordination effected with DIA physical security for removal and destruction of classified and nonpulpable material from our facility. - Activity functional file system established. - Game plan for move to Building 2845 updated. With the transfer of FT. Meade from FORSCOM to MDW, we have been advised that our move from our present facilities will not occur until Jan 94. On-going dialogue with Ft. Meade/DIA points of contact continuing. A letter has been drafted requesting cost estimates to renovate our new facility will allow us to store classified material at the SCI level. This will allow us to have HIGGINS and access to SAFE at Ft. Meade. Copies of the letter will be furnished to Post and DIA points of contact in early September.
