Document Declassification Procedures (U) (encl 1).
          SG1J 1. (SINF) As per discussions between PAG-TA,
and PSP, enclosed is volume 2 of 2, with SAIC's
Cogn t ve Sciences Laboratory proposed recommendations for
downgrading (encl 2). At enclosure 3 is an index of the
documents included in volume 2 of 2. At enclosure 4 is our
review of the documents with recommended changes including
those recommended by SAIC.
2. (CINF) As per previous discussions some of the documents
enclosed for review are not complete documents. In those
cases only the classified pages of the document(s) were
forwarded for review.
3. (SINF) SAIC's Cognitive Sciences Laboratory is on a no
cost to the government contract extension for the remainder of
FY94. As a result, we request that your review of volume 1 be
completed NLT 30 Aug 94.
