   (S) Program Description: To conduct R&D, foreign assessments and operations in the
   area of parapsychology.
   (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Program accomplishments: R&D effort continued on a reduced scale
   due to loss of R&D funds to extend external contract beyond FY1994. Foreign
   SG113 assessments Pffort enhanced with a redo of program collection requirements
   priorities. Operations expanded as a
   result of contact with major DoD Service Commands and Activities.
   (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Basis for budget reguest: N/A. Project STAR GATE transfers to
      CIAP NLT I July 1995.
   (U) Justification: N/A
      (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Major milestones: CIA submits to the appropriate Congressional
   Committees a status report on Project STAR GATE
   transfer from GDIP to CIAP. Report due NLT I
   March 1995. Project transfer to be completed by
   1 July 1995.
   (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Major contractors: N/A. No cost extension to R&D contract with
   Science Applications International Corporation
   (SAIC) ends on 31 December 1994.
