  TOPIC; Project STAR GATE Briefing (U)
  SUMMARY: (SINF) We provided Project STAR GATE
  briefings and a letter of request to
  the Executive Director, USAF scientific
  Advisory Board. Our briefing and letter of
  request was provided so that the USAF could
  provide a representative to sit on the
  scientific evaluation panel (SEP) that will
  review our R&D program goals and objectives
  in response to a CDA. The SEP will convene
  at DIAC on 11-12 Jul 94.
