      Ft. Meade unit (DT-S). Your assistance in developing
      procedures for the units transition from a Special Access
      Program-(SAP) to a Limited Dissemination (LIMDIS) status

      visiting the office on two separate occasions, discussing
      which security requirements were and were not applicable to
      this project, providing debriefing certificates,

      to research various answers to questi-nIn as these special
      dissemination procedures are relativ new and not readily
      available in security regulations. M handled
      every matter efficiently and in a very r en y and

      office and a credit to the Defense Intelligence Agency.
