          The target ~ is a small light vessel which has some of the
          color red with dark lettering. The people aboard are f ew in number
          and one may be female. Another crew member is a male who has been
          injured or is ill. The boat is disguised in purpose perhaps as a
          fishing vessel or for divers. There are scuba divers aboard who
          are on the receiving end of a drug drop from either another boat or
          likely from a plane. The scuba divers aboard the Sabrina pick up
          crates from the ocean floor near rocks or reefs off the coast and
          deliver the drugs to a major city port. The crates have contained
          therein a green flaky substance like marijuana although some
          cocaine may be involved. These individuals are small time drug
          receivers or dealers. The connection will be completed in April.
