          circular centerpiece. The target is in good condition. The vessel
          is associated with white rock or white rocks, probably in reference
          to its cargo (possibly cocaine) or is near a location with white
          rock chips. The vessel is ft; t warm location with palm plants and
          beach side waters. The ~~is located in the gulf or is
          harbored. A crew member of this vessel is caucasian with a slender
          face and is sporting a light mustache beard combination or goatee.
